Запрос SOAP в PHP с CURL - программирование

Так как руководство SOAP на php.net не очень дружелюбное к нобе, и я не нашел хороших примеров, я отправлю свой вопрос здесь.

Как я могу создать запрос SOAP PHP, чтобы выглядеть так?
