Ошибка: нет провайдера HttpHandler в angular2

Я пытаюсь реализовать HttpCache через перехватчик. Ниже приведен пример caching-interceptor.service.ts

Я не понимаю, чего не хватает, поэтому он дает ошибку

Нет провайдера для HttpHandler.

Если я добавлю HttpHandler в провайдера в файл модуля, он начнет давать ошибку для предоставления: HTTP_INTERCEPTORS, компонента.
