Он работал вчера, но я не знаю, что с ним случилось.
NPM не устанавливает пакет. Имя хоста /IP-адрес не соответствует именам сертификатов:

Я нашел решение, которое сработало для меня
dig www.npmjs.com @1.1.1.1

Добавьте IP-адрес в файл
/etc/hosts.Перейдите в этот каталог и выполните
sudo nano hosts.
И добавьте это в файл хоста: 1.1.1.1 a.sni.fastly.net.
