У меня было подобное исключение. Ваш пример завершен? Вы создаете индекс перед его закрытием?

В моем случае это было следующее: "создать индекс, закрыть его, добавить настройки, добавить другие настройки, добавить сопоставление, открыть индекс". Ожидание около 1 с после создания индекса зафиксировало исключение.
