Android PendingIntent, не получаемый BroadcastReceiver

Когда я передаю дополнительные функции в PendingIntent, сообщение никогда не будет получено sendBroadcastReceiver, потому что метод onReceive() этого BroadcastReceiver никогда не вызывается. Почему это происходит?

Я думаю, что есть некоторые проблемы с регистрацией и регистрацией в коде. Вместо этого я зарегистрировал два BroadcastReceivers в файле AndroidManifest.xml и смог успешно передать дополнительные функции.
