XSD: Использование Visual studio xsd.exe не создает Array [] вместо List <>

Im использует инструмент xsd.exe для генерации классов из файла xsd. Файл xsd:

Есть ли способ в xsd сделать это? Или каким-то другим способом? спасибо!
