К сожалению, SelectionBoxItemTemplate - свойство readonly, поэтому нам нужно сделать немного больше работы. Выполняя ItemTemplate как вы хотите, чтобы элемент отображался при его выборе, вы можете отредактировать ItemContainerStyle, чтобы предоставить ControlTemplate, который включает в себя другие поля, которые вы хотите отобразить.
