Пользовательский пин-образ в аннотации в iOS

Я пытаюсь перейти с Swift 1.2 на Swift 2.0, и я в конце изменений. Принятый ответ не работает, так как он annotationView не инициализирован в блоке else.

Здесь лучшее решение. Он по возможности отменяет аннотацию или создает новую, если нет:
