Android Studio: проблемы с рендерингом Отсутствуют стили - правильная тема, выбранная для этого макета, Не удалось найти стиль с идентификатором

Я хочу создать xml-макет элемента для CardView и получить эту ошибку. Общие решения здесь не работали (пробовали их всех и других из похожих сообщений).
