Файловая система Windows: время создания файла не изменяется при удалении и создании снова

У меня есть следующий сценарий:

• 1: создать кучу файлов

• 2: вызовите внешнее приложение, которое обрабатывает все файлы с разными время создания с момента последнего снимка

• 3: Удалить файлы

• 4: перейти 1

Оказалось, что окна не гарантируют, что он изменит время создания, когда пользователь создаст файл, удалит его и создает файл с тем же именем.

Я написал небольшую powershell script, которая проверяет это:

Если я сплю некоторое время ( > 30 секунд) после удаления, все файлы будут иметь правильные отметки времени.

Есть ли способ обойти это? Некоторый вызов winapi, который удаляет файл навсегда?
