Android - Как разрешить горизонтальную и вертикальную прокрутку

Существует ScrollView, который разрешает только вертикальную прокрутку, и HorizontalScrollView, который позволяет только горизонтальную прокрутку, но не класс для обоих. Это похоже на довольно неприятный дефицит в Android UI. Любые трюки, чтобы это разрешить?

Я нашел, что важно установить fillViewport, потому что в противном случае полосы прокрутки могут появляться в случайных позициях, а не справа/внизу области прокрутки:
