Postgres 'CTE vs Subquery Разница в производительности. Зачем?

У меня есть два эквивалентных запроса, которые извлекают среднее расстояние между зданиями (таблица a) и ближайшим шоссе (шоссе в таблице v) в определенном районе (туз) и городе (pro_com).

Это версия CTE

Я знаю, что CTE - это граничные ограждения для оптимизации (Postgres не выбирает между CTE и запросами, которые находятся за их пределами), но это странно. Почему производительность выдувается таким образом?
