Впоследствии я пытаюсь найти MAM, используя функцию drop1() в R, используя тест Chi ^ 2 и удаляю несущественные переменные 1 за раз. Игнорируя приведенные выше предупреждающие сообщения, я выполняю следующую команду:
drop1(m1,test="Chi")
Однако эта команда не может использоваться (т.е. возвращает предупреждающие сообщения добавлений), если указанные выше предупреждения не решаются/не обрабатываются в первую очередь.
Кто-нибудь знает, что здесь происходит? Пожалуйста, может кто-нибудь помочь мне, как решить эти предупреждения? Игнорирование не является вариантом.
