SQLServer: как сортировать имена таблиц, упорядоченные по их зависимости от внешнего ключа

Следующий SQL разделяет таблицы в соответствии с их отношением. Проблема связана с таблицами, которые сортируются под сериями 3000. Таблицы, которые являются частью внешних ключей и которые используют внешние ключи. Кто-нибудь получил какой-то умный рекурсивный CTE или хранимую процедуру для выполнения необходимой сортировки? Программы connectiong к базе данных не считаются решением.
