Установка октавного пакета в ubuntu

Кто-нибудь может помочь мне с этой ошибкой?

Мне нужно установить пакет сигналов, но мне нужно загрузить другую работу, я заметил, но она застревает при установке пакета struct.

@edit Такая же ошибка при попытке установить пакет misc ~.
