BLAS/LAPACK не установлен: как его установить?

Я пытаюсь запустить pip install tsne для python2.7, и я продолжаю получать ту же ошибку. Я выполнил инструкции http://bickson.blogspot.com/2011/02/installing-blaslapackitpp-on-amaon-ec2.html и установил LAPACK/BLAS, которые, как я думал, должны были решить проблему. Ничего не помогло. Что я делаю не так? Я менее знаком с bash.
