Вам не хватает нескольких классов (в основном связанных с пулами) в вашем пути к классам. Самое легкое решение - использовать стартер загрузки Spring для JPA, который:

Ну, вышеупомянутое решение могло бы сработать, но в моем случае с weblogic 11g выше решение не могло мне помочь. поэтому присоединять это решение, чтобы кто-нибудь мог справиться с этой проблемой, найдет его полезным.

Решение:

Добавление конфигурации DataSource bean в пути к классу сканирования компонентов будет исправлять это для сервлетов 2.5, например weblogic 10.3.6 (11g), как показано ниже
