Сбой прокрутки пользовательского потока UICollectionView при прокрутке

Я создаю пользовательский flowLayout с заголовками разделов.

вот мой ViewController с функцией делегирования для заголовка раздела

Поэтому, когда я запускаю приложение, он показывает мне заголовки разделов, и все работает нормально.

Но когда я прокручиваю, приложение вылетает со следующей ошибкой от отладчика
