Почему Target Unreachable, идентификатор разрешен для null на weblogic

Люди отмечают это дубликат, но если вы посмотрите на мой ответ ниже, вы увидите, почему это другое.

Я использую STS, weblogic и primefaces 5.3, и я продолжаю получать ошибку "Target Unreachable, идентификатор" dtObservationsView "разрешен к null".

Это приложение spring, использующее REST.

Приложение отлично работает на tomcat, но не при развертывании в weblogic.

Я прочитал опубликованный ответ dentifying и решение javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: Target Unreachable, но он не дал никакого решения, которое работает.

Я также попробовал Справочник по WebLogic, но я все еще получаю ту же ошибку.
